We had a fantastic stay at this charming B&B. The hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious and clean, with a stunning view of the surroundings. The breakfast spread was absolutely delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and beautiful views all around. We particularly loved the peaceful and serene atmosphere of the place, allowing us to truly relax and unwind.
The hotel had overbooked and had to accommodate us in another hotel nearby. Although the staff assured us that they would cover the cost difference, we later realized that we were paying more for the alternative hotel than its actual rate.

The serenity of the surrounding environment. Courteous staff. Excellent croissants with crema pasticcera for breakfast. Close proximity to San Gimingnano.
Breakfat served late at 0830hrs. Would have preferred to start at 0730hrs.

The position is excellent, with a magnificent view of the Tuscany hills and San Gimignano village. Very quiet and relaxing stay.
The room is rather small and the bathroom is really squeezed-in to fit. Breakfast buffet could be improved.

The B n B had a superb location, making it easy to ride to other places in Italy. Mariela, the staff member, was very attentive and nice, offering to book dinner for us in a nearby restaurant which served absolutely delicious food. the view from the B n B was like something out of a postcard. the accommodation was great, with a terrific pool and friendly English speaking staff. And the breakfast, oh my! It was the best breakfast we had anywhere during our trip.
The room felt a little cramped.

Hotel podere had a wonderful pool area with amazing views, it was very quiet and relaxing, and the rooms were tastefully decorated.
A little bit too far away to walk in to town on an evening, although there was a local restaurant 5 minutes walk away, but fairly quiet.

Great location to stay close to San Gimignano (though only reachable by car). Nice spacious room (no 7) with a view on the pool area and the valley and towers of the city. We really enjoyed the magnificent views, the great pool (necessity during the hottest hours of the day), and excellent breakfast with home made pastries. We would really recommend our stay.
What could improve is a longer availability of the breakfast. Now it was only served between 8.30 and 9.30 am. Would be nice to start at 8.00 am.

We were amazed by the stunning view of San Gimignano from our room at Podere Sant'Elena. The picturesque Tuscan countryside surrounding the B&B added to the charm. The breakfast each morning was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. It was a great place to relax and enjoy the pool with its breathtaking backdrop. The family running the place were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Although we didn't have a car, the walk to San Gimignano was enjoyable and allowed us to take in the beautiful vineyards along the way. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hidden gem.

Peaceful and tranquil setting. Fantastic view of San Gimignano, multi lingual owner, great location (best to have your own transport) secure parking. For a small number of guests we thought that there was a good choice of food at breakfast.
